I've been to this eye doctor a few times now and they are always amazing. They speak clearly, they do NOT talk down to you and they are clear about what they are doing and want YOU to do during doctor exams

I went to Quantum in 2022 and was told that I had to pay $900 before surgery. I paid it immediately in the office. I continue to get bills. When I called the billing department I was told that I needed to provide PROOF that I paid the bill. I provided the proof. Several months later I got another bill. This time the billing department COULDN'T FIND MY ACCT! I finally spoke with a Senior biller told me that the reason was they changed their billing system. I was also told that my payment was applied to THE WRONG ACCOUNT! They were going to send me a check so that I COULD REPAY IT! When I got the check I went to the bank to make sure that I wasn't being scammed. I deposited the check and went into the office to pay it in person. I paid it, got a receipt and several months later GOT ANOTHER BILL! The billing department can't find my records and it almost IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of someone who does! This is HARASSMENT! I'm thinking of contacting a LAWYER to get them to acknowledge my payment and STOP BILLING ME!! NEVER DEALT WITH ANYTHING LIKE THIS!!

Appointment was 9, they say get there 15 minutes early. Exactly 1 hour after appointment time get called back. No indication when signing in that they are behind. After scanning ID and insurance, they still somehow misspell name. This place is an absolute joke. Definitely don’t recommend

They were great, but was there almost 2 hours. Plus there was staff/nurse standing around talking about lunch and what they wanted. I don't understand why they over book like that.

All staff members were great! Each explained carefully and clearly the testing about to be done and the procedure involved in cataract removal.

Upon arrival was informed the call center had screwed up my change of appointment (including changing offices) and that the procedure (scan) was completely booked in Maryville for the morning until noon and was unavailable in the afternoon. Given this was an administrative issue, not a lack of personnel or equipment failure, I was expecting good customer service to work me in or at least get me at the end of the current schedule. I was willing to wait an hour. Not possible. I was offered something several weeks out at Quantum's convenience. Most medical providers I've used will work to fix their issue if at all possible without additional inconvenience to the patient. Quantum???

The people are friendly and knowledgeable - and so is Dr. Melissa Schleeper Kiel, who was more than kind to me when I was in distress. She took the time to fit me in and care for me.

Had to have Laser on left eye. Dr. Jones was amazing, very kind and knowledgeable. He informed me of everything about the procedure and what to expect. All staff from beginning to end of visit were friendly and courteous.
