I went to Quest last week, and got my blood test completed, however, they failed to do one blood test, I had to go back and I waited over an hour and a half to get called in because I had to sign up for an appointment. And they kept saying they would take me and take me and they have not. There are people coming in in front of me saying that they couldn’t get in on the computer or anything else they were taking them over me this is a bunch of crap. And there’s three people back there and they’re walking around doing nothing. Can you it was on the computer with your order, I don’t know anyway they called me saying I had to come back so I came back the next day and I waited and I waited. I’ve been out there for over an hour wait for you guys and the one girl oh yeah, I waited on Friday I left and then I went to place in Belleville and I waited. It was like forget this so I thought I’d come this morning. I’ve been sitting out there for over an hour now and has numerous people go before. Was told dr office does not order the CBC correctly,

I had a last minute blood draw request by my provider and I was able to schedule that day. I had a professional and courteous encounter with the phlebotomist.

The place is always clean the ladies are always nice, but the kiosk is a little hard to get to respond to your touch, but I would recommend maryville quest diagnostics to anyone.

I would give 0 stars if that was an option. When I arrived, I gave my information to the phlebotomist, and she pulled my lab orders up on the computer. After reading the lab orders, there was no mention of needing a pre-authorization for any of my tests. I was given the supplies for my lab tests and told to return later .When I returned with my specimens, they only accepted 3 of the 4. I got the run around over a GI panel I desperately needed and they refused to accept the specimen saying they needed a pre -authorization from my insurance company. They then told me that it could take up to a week for the lab to complete the testing and release the results. My dr’s office called the insurance company and was told that a pre-authorization was NOT needed for this test and that I was given the WRONG testing code by Quest. The Quest Lab in Maryville did not return any of the four calls made to them, or answer any of the emails/texts sent regarding this. I was tired of waiting on Quest to respond. My dr’s office then canceled the GI panel at Quest and sent me to HSHS St. Elizabeth’s Hospital Lab in O’fallon with the test order. My test was completed right then and I received my results that evening. I will NEVER attempt to use Quest again.

First time at this quest location. The location itself is convenient, the interior waiting room is very clean and modern. Plenty of seats, though maybe not as many as other locations. Offers earlier appointments than other locations. The entire process was very easy- doctor sends lab order over, I book the appointment for said lab work on the Quest website, and I go that day and check in! The lady taking my blood was very nice, gentle, and made me feel very comfortable. Had absolutely no issues. Would come here again and recommend others to do the same.

Easy to make an appt. and check in. They were friendly and efficient! I was a walk in and was done in 10 minutes!

The sign-in process is quite efficient….and the person who took my blood was extremely competent and friendly and upbeat. And I had my results back the next day.

Have to come in yearly for drug screening for work. The lady is usually friendly enough, however I have been told 3 years in a row I scheduled the wrong appointment even though I have confirmation numbers and screenshots that I signed up for urine, not blood testing. Has become a tradition to be told I’m wrong upon arrival.

I used the app to schedule my appointment so that was easy and when I arrived I was taken in at my schedule appointment time. The phlebotomist was friendly and very caring as she took my bloods it was painless from beginning to end.
