Had an appointment before work, sat for 20 minutes waiting and no one ever helped me had to leave and go to work. I’ve been to this location several times and the staff useless, avoid it at all cost.

I scheduled my appointment for 11:10 and was walking to my car at 11:10. The girl I had was very friendly and I enjoyed talking to her. She said she had been with Quest for 19 years. I never even felt the stick, I hope I get her the next time.

I had an early appointment. I took off work for this. The location was closed with a handwritten sign on the door. Emergencies happen but why not give people with appointments a heads up? Several people came and left who reported they also had appointments. It's hard to save time off and to waste it really sucked. Luckily labcorp is across the road and I'll take off (again) and go there.

Marywille is the closest location to my work (normally Alton would be my go-to) and honestly I was a little scared to go because of the bad reviews but I made an appointment, sat down for less than 2 minutes before they called me back, the phlebotomist Christole was sweet and knowledgeable. I had a good experience!

arrived at 7:05 on a Saturday. i had No appointment so I was anticipating a wait. lady came to the door, rudely said, if you don't have an appointment you probably won't get seen today. we are short a worker. I decided to wait. 10 minutes later she came back, said the same thing about not being seen. you can tell she loves her job. anyway. the first man who went in for blood draw came out and said the two workers were complaining about the people with walk ins because they've been told we are short handed and wont be seen today and they aren't leaving. I'm thinking maybe if they focused on their job a little more and didn't complain so much they would be able to see more people. i left after asking if I could go to a different quest if my lab work would be in the 'Quest' system. Won't go back here. Read reviews after getting home. Should have read them before I decided to go there

I cannot even begin to express the frustration this place put me through trying to get a drug screen. little did i know that the drug screenings end at 11 today and they still let me schedule for 1130 knowing they’re not doing drugged screens anymore. when i got there they haven’t haven’t even tended to the 11:10 appoints yet. so they had me wait from 11:30-12:25 just to not receive care and to be told they haven’t been doing drug screenings before my scheduled time. the employees were also extremely rude and careless. DO NOT USE THIS LOCTION FOR YOU DRUG SCREENINGS OR BLOOD TESTS. If i could give it 0 stars i would.

why say you take walk-ins if you're just going to come out to the waiting room and yell at the walk-ins to leave?

Honestly the employees are a little rough and non-social. But she got the job done in less than 5 minutes and I was out the door. Don't mind getting blood drawn but I can imagine them not making small talk for someone who doesn't like it would have a very hard time.

I originally came yesterday with my 3 month old daughter for a drug screen. I am unsure of her name but the lady that came to the door said "oh my god" after looking at me. She then took another lady in and very rudely asked me if I saw their posting. I stated no. She then tells me about how I cannot take my baby in for my test,l and some other things... which is understandable to a point, but she was very rude the remainder of the conversation. I came back today and I looked and no such posting is up. Will not be coming back to this one. The girl I did have today was very nice though. The original rude lady was in spot 3.

The phlebotomist already had her gloves on when she came to get me from the waiting room. She wore these same gloves while using computer, going to the supply area, scanned my cards, drew my blood, etc. I never saw her put gloves on.Also, the building is not easy to get into with a wheelchair. Not only are the doors manual, but the thresholds make it to where you need a little speed to get over them which is hard while holding the door.

Sitting in lobby right now. Wasted the last 3 days that I could have been working for my new employer driving from location to location to keep finding them closed or unavailable for appointments. The scheduler phone doesn't work for whatever reason so that made it necessary to drive directly to them. I tried 6 locations over 3 days and put a couple hundred miles on my truck. I then finally used the kiosk at the location to schedule an appointment. For later in the morning. I came in 10 15 minutes early. When I got here I found that everyone had been waiting an hour or more. I was then told that the staff that is capable of performing my screening was going to lunch. At the exact time of the appointment. And to come back in an hour and they would pause my appointment. I expressed my frustration at the 3 day waste of time and left informing them I'd be back in an hour. They did not pause my appointment and when I arrived to check in I had to make another appointment an hour later! I haven't even seen a staff member in the 15 minutes I've been back. I blame the company as well as the poor handling by staff. Short staffing is not an excuse for poorly managed staffing.

1. No longer accepting walk-ins (just fyi).2. Some phlebotomists wear the same gloves when they open the door, scan your insurance, assemble supplies, AND draw your blood! This defeats part of purpose of wearing gloves in the first place! If you don't see someone put on fresh gloves, how do we know that they're even changing gloves. Quest manager please remedy this safety issue.3. The walls are thin. When they are gossiping behind closed doors while you're waiting...yeah, we can hear that. Maybe not every single word because of the TV. But we heard you. Do better.4. My story: I was over an hour early for my appointment, hoping I could get my labs drawn if there was a cancelation. I was taken back 25 minutes before my appointment time and told that there were no orders available in the system. I made a phone call to verify and the orders were immediately placed. I went back inside and let the staff know but was told that my appointment had been canceled because they "already took me back". The current time was still 4 minutes BEFORE my scheduled blood draw. They made me reschedule! And was another customer taken care of at my appointment time? Nope!!! Just fyi- there are other options for testing in the area such as the hospital and labcorps!

Rude rude rude. Did lab work and was sent home with a kit and told to return it in 24 hours. Came back 24hrs and they told me I needed an appointment.. JUST TO TURN IT IN. Not only was it a personal matter but the clerk humiliated me in front of other patients. Call and make complaints. This place is so unprofessional.
