“A little tight to navigate through the buildings with a trailer towed behind but we made it. The place is obviously older but the unit we received was clean and functional. Floors are a little uneven so if you’re bringing furniture it may wobble, we had to spin and move things around a good bit before all four legs were on the ground.”
“I've been renting here for 5 years now and was never really impressed by the old owner but this new owner seems to really wanna bring this place up n make it in to something a lot better!! The call line operators are responsive and very accommodating for my wants and needs. They have an amazing maintenance guy on site that has helped me out tremendously! I can't wait to see what else they have in store for this place! It's truly gonna be one of the best spots coming up!! I would and definitely have told a friend and my family members to rent here!”

“I’ve been renting my unit for 10 months now and I am completely satisfied with the service, location, and staff. Prices are reasonable and competitive with similar options around the region. The property is always clean, well lit, and the two access gates make it so I’ve never had a long wait to get in or out. My unit stayed dry all winter and everything is in good condition after a round of each season. Even when the property management company changed in the last year, communication was timely and clear. When I’ve had questions, I always get a prompt response. Highly recommend for anyone needing storage in the area.”

“We contacted Cann Storage a few months ago when preparing for a multi-state, multi-house move. David was very accommodating and helped us figure out which units would be best for our different items. We had a lot of stuff, so we needed 4 different storage units! The check-in process was easy and the units were clean and well protected. The building is built like a storm shelter -- very safe and (for us) very convenient location right off the interstate.”
“The self-storage facility is overall great! Convenient, clean, and secure. However, it lacks a front office, which can be a slight inconvenience. 4.5/5 ⭐️ It is also somewhat secluded…I never went alone.”
“This company did what very few do-they listened. I had a lot of trouble with billing issues when they first took over, then out of nowhere gate codes didn’t work. Twice I came out and couldn’t get in. It even cost me some money not being able to access the unit. It had just reached a point of pure frustration. So, I left a negative review. Then, to my surprise, the management called me, they went out and figured out the issue and made it right. The owner handled the situation quickly and professionally.
Honestly, the facility and overall experience is a 3-star at best. But the positive and professional manner with which management resolved a problem definitely warrants the 4! Only reason I can’t do 5 stars is, I wish the issue had been handled without me having to resort to a negative review. The moment they knew there was an issue would have been the time to fix it, not weeks later after it happened again. Still, the fact they finally handled it and made it right definitely was impressive. Thank you.”
