Casey's is a very busy place with a great and friendly atmosphere. The food, especially the pizza and donuts, receives mixed reviews. Some customers find it very good, delicious, and spot on, comparing it to pizza chain pizza, while others have received bad or wrong orders. The checkout process is noted as good, but there are consistent staffing issues leading to inaccurate pickup or delivery times and occasional service problems. Parking can be a challenge when busy, and wheelchair access at the main doors is average.
$3 for 20 lb of air. I rarely expect Six Sigma at a convenience store but who's buying into the model that says lose a Fuel and snacks customer buy charging them for air?

my mother forgot her wallet in the car while she was at the counter buying an apple fritter. she grabbed her wallet, came back in, and the woman at the register gave her fritter to another employee who was eating it in front of her. absolutely disgusting behavior.
