my mother forgot her wallet in the car while she was at the counter buying an apple fritter. she grabbed her wallet, came back in, and the woman at the register gave her fritter to another employee who was eating it in front of her. absolutely disgusting behavior.

The elderly gentleman in the deli, is so hateful and crabby. You gotta be afraid to ask him for anything and the younger ones aren’t too clean. I feel the building has gone down hill, it’s not as clean as it used to be and it’s not kept up, and a couple of the checkout guys are stuffing her face while they’re checking you out

One bathroom was closed and the other was filthy. The employees were beyond rude and just a horrible atmosphere. I usually choose Casey's because of the cleanliness and service but this was just horrible on all fronts. If I could leave zero stars I would.

I understand employees are probably not paid enough to care, but that is no reason to be demeaning and gossip about customers within public spaces. Employee was very rude. There were 4 of us in that would have purchased snacks and beverages, but choose to leave instead.

Great and friendly atmosphere. The people and food are very good. Very busy but checkout is good.
Parking: Definitely depends on whether the store is busy.
Wheelchair accessibility: Access is average. The Main Doors will be a challenge.

Some of the people they hire have no people skills. Love the pizza! Never an accurate time of pickup or delivery because of staffing issues.

Update your hours online if you’re short staffed. Ordered a breakfast pizza to be picked up around 6:15am as the store says it opens at 5am on Sundays. No lights on upon arrival.

Ordered 3 pizzas, bread sticks and 2 two liters. 2 of the 3 pizzas were wrong. All were SUPER greasy. Delivery took over an hour. All in all super disappointed will definitely choose a different pizza

Been in Mascoutah for three now. This Casey’s started off very well run and it was clean. But now this place is dirty and understaffed. In the few times I’ve visited in the past 6 months the kitchen has been closed and the fountain soda machine has been broken or turned off.

3 people standing behind in the cooking area talking, while one gal had a line checking people out. Store was filthy. Cups, lids, trash, stuff off the shelves all in the drink section. Terrible!

The workers are very rude. The slushy machine is never working. The bakery never has food like donuts, puppy chow, or cookies whenever I go in. Overall very lazy and disappointing to see that place go downhill.?
