My flight landed at 10:45 and my pick up was for 11am. But there was not a representative at the desk until 11:15-11:20. This is a minor delay. However I was on a tight time schedule and this delay caused my plans to be pushed back.
The representative was very nice and so helpful to get me processed once she arrived. The car was great and clean. Got a lot of compliments on the vehicle. It was a 2025 Altima. I definitely look forward to do more business with your company in the future.

Renting through Enterprise at the Belleville, IL location will not be an option for us in the future. The car was filthy inside and outside and only had a quarter tank of gas upon picking it up. Miles down the road we discovered the plastic cowling on the bottom of the car was loose and dragging. We had a relative bolt the cowling back up during our trip because it was getting worse. We understand this is a small airport, but these issues should be addressed, and it was not worth the money paid for the rental, though we were grateful to have a car.

Flights arrive on Sunday before 8, but the enterprise station doesn’t open till 10. Seemed like a stupid business practice. I’ll be sure to never choose enterprise.
Updated: when I arrived there was a person at the counter. He told me I’d a flight was in early on Sunday and there was a renter they come in. This was very nice, even got a free upgrade.

Enterprise rental at Midamerica airport in Belleville, IL is very convenient. Location of the rental counter is right in the baggage claim area and the rental cars are located right outside in the parking lot, as you exit the baggage claim area.

I have been a Hertz customer, almost exclusively, for over 20 years. No more! Enterprise will have our business from now on. So long as you keep up the amazing customer service. Our past two rentals have been with Enterprise at the Mid-America Airport in Belleville IL. Colin and Micheal (I believe are their names) provided amazing customer service. From the pre-rental phone call, letting us know they did not have car seats at this location… way in advance of our trip. To warming up our vehicle prior to our arrival. To the kind smiles and patience at the counter during a busy holiday season. To the post rental check up call. It was a seamless and easy (and dare I say) enjoyable experience. That is exactly what travelers are seeking. Easy, efficient and friendly. I will hands-down pay a little more for easy, efficient and kind customer service. Your team at the Mid-America airport are top notch! I truly mean this. I have worked in the healthcare industry for a long time. Creating and leading amazing teams. Providing comfort to people in some of their most stressful moments. Trying to make the lives of others a bit easier. Traveling for business , traveling with family, no
matter the objective. Traveling is stressful, especially when you have a large family in tow or a meeting to rush to after getting off the plane. Your Belleville team made our lives easier.
