Many of the students were open about their racism, and pep rallies consisted of students committing cultural appropriation with no reprimanding from teachers or other officials. Meanwhile, a girl couldn't show her shoulders, or a black kid couldn't wear a bandanna, unless they wanted to go to the office. Some of the teachers were downright awful to students as well.

I want to put a shout out to the father of one of the girls on the freshman soccer team!!! What an unbelievable show of sportsmanship by a parent at the game on 3/23/2017 against Triad!! Not only is he constantly cheering on his Indians but also complementing the play of the Knights players. I can't speak for all the parents and players but what a great impression you made on myself and my daughter who plays for Triad.
