Went to close my account. The branch was very friendly and great to work with... however my overall experience with Regions was awful and I don't recommend them...they don't care about the customer when it comes to disputes.I recently lost my wife bought a 5th wheel and had it delivered to Illinois. I used my regions card for the transaction and it was split into 2 payment since it was coming from Tennessee. The 2nd payment was only to be paid upon completion of delivery and 1 hour of going over it and placed exactly where I wanted it. They left it in the farmers field and I told them not to charge me yet they did so I called Regions they said that it was pending and once it posted they could handle it. Well they didn't and it ended up casting me a whole lot more to get it moved yet I had evidente to prove why. After I went to close my account but a banker at Regions told me to keep it open to try and get my money back. He told me to keep just $1500 and I wouldn't get hit with fees 4 months later I realized I was being charged $18/ month after being told no fees as long as I maintained $1500.00. They tell you what you want to hear for your business but don't take care of you as a customer. The ladies at the Mascoutah branch were great and understanding and showed me sympathy for my los but at that time it was too late to change my mind. It's sad, yet true the World we live in!! It's all about money not customer service!!

I have banked with you all for a couple years now and you guys are a great bank, but the hours. Why do you guys have to open at 9am. Why not 8am when people really need you to. I work 12 hour shifts and get off at 7am. It's hard to wait 2 more hours to just have to get back out to go to the bank. Even your drive thru being open earlier would help us people that work the graveyard shift out a lot. For we do have a lot of stuff to do already at 7 am when we get out of work and waiting for the bank to open should have to be one of them. If walmart can open at 6 am it's not a bad thing you guys open at 8 am, but hey what do i know I'm just an night shift worker.

How was my son allowed to leave the branch with a blocked debit card that was not resolved? How was a trouble ticket not sent to the fraud department after verifying his phone number so he could be contacted after resolution? Why did it take 3 customer service phone calls and waiting over 3 hours on the phone tree waiting for the fraud department to finally pickup? Why did he not get contacted because his debit card glitched at a gas pump; which is evidently "quite common" as per the fraud expert. Customer service seems poor at best. Day after Christmas. 500 miles from home. Flying with a layover in Charlotte, no access to money that is in the bank. Dismissed from the branch with "oh well, you might have to request a new card." NO!!! Unacceptable!!!

Always The Best customer service!! I've been a member for about a decade. Everyone respects me, my needs, and my time. Recently Lamonte has helped me in regards to opening a new account and he has provided the utmost service! Very friendly, kept me in the loop, courteous, etc.I also am a staff member at Trinity and a couple of years ago, Becky visited a few times to teach about different avenues regarding money and how they could sit down and talk with us about saving.I appreciate their help each time!!

Do not use this bank. They are so community unfriendly. I was visiting my kids and needed to make some change from a few 100's. They refused. Poor service. Another bank in town did and I will refer others I meet in town to do business there.
