I contacted Mrs. Griffin at Allstate because I was having issues with my roadside assistance membership. Mrs. Griffin who is a Godsend sprung into action and treated this delicate situation as it were her own. Mrs. Griffin, managed to get the issue resolved while displaying compassion, dedication, and a warm spirit. I was shopping around for savings on car insurance once I contacted Brandon's office I came in contact with Ursula whom was very help and pleasant. Ursula got me a very great deal even with adding my 21 yr old daughter to my policy. I'm happy to have become a client of Allstate.

Mr. Cornell Wiley was more than helpful in aiding me along my journey to coverage for home and auto. I have moved from company never getting memorable service. Just chasing a deal. I spoke with agent on 6/6/19 and received a quote for Homeowners Insurance. The Customer Service was phenomenal, rep was patient and very helpful. I’m new to the company and was approved for the policy. So far I think I’m going to like Allstate!

Diamond Solutions Allstate Insurance agency has taken care of my insurance needs. Brandon pointed out to me how I was being overcharged and undercovered from my previous insurance agency and how I am receiving more with Allstate and at a better rate. Diamond Solutions staff answered all of my questions and made my switch to Allstate Insurance very transparent. When I switched my insurance 5 years ago, I said I would never return to Allstate. However, my experience with the amazing agents at Diamond Insurance Solutions changed my opinion. Charles Tweedle provided detailed information in a timely matter that allowed me to compare my existing coverage to the new quote. Although hesitant at first, I know I made the right decision.
