The service man quoted me one price then charged me because the mechanic broke the bolts on the truck. Not to mention he said it would take one day and it took a week, because your mechanic got sick,,as though you don't have other ones. They still had to get another mechanic to finish the job and i had to use another car that your shop did not provide. Sorry service.

Jessica was my first point of contact. She was attentive and thorough with explaining all my questions in a timely matter. I needed my engine rebuilt and they got it done exceptionally fast and worked with my warranty company. Nothing but great things to say.Tyler was my service advisor. He explained all the issues with my car and thoroughly walked me through the process of what needed to be done. He and the mechanics worked with my warranty company and literally had my car fixed in less than a week. This dealership is hands down the best to deal with.Thank you to all the employees at Arnie Bauer you guys are fantastic!

I didn't get the exceptional service that I expected. My steering wheel is off centered and it wasn't that way when I bought it in, they say they don't have a solution. Alignment didnt work, so i guess I'm stuck with a crooked steering wheel. Repair cost that I paid were extremely high. Twenty years of coming there and six cars purchased. I thought I'd get better.

Had an appointment for an oil change. Waited 10 mins in my car as I pull into the garage. They started servicing vehicles that came in behind me, then I had to step out of my vehicle to make sure that they knew I was a real customer. Then I heard two employees arguing about who was gonna take care of me….. I just asked them to drive my vehicle out the garage, I’d rather let the neighborhood dope fiend change my oil…..

It was unbelievable that we had to wait almost 3 hours to find out what was wrong with the air conditioner in my truck and my son had to wait an additional hour to get a shuttle home by the time the guy came in to give my son a ride other arrangements had been made for him to get home. This is the second time no dealership loaners have been available.

Great people. Prompt service. Enjoyed the text messages and easy check in that comes with that. App to track service was very nice as well. The only complaint I would have is that the car was not washed when I picked up. Not a major complaint just being picky.

This was a terrible experience. They never called to give an update. I had to call them. The clerk offered a ride home and then said he didn’t have a driver available. He also lied about deducting the assessment fee if the work was done. He conveniently forgot when the bill came. This is why people are non trustworthy of dealers shops. Very unprofessional.

So I'm trying to be a reasonable man about my car situation but I'm frustrated right now. I come into this dealership and explain my situation with recalls on my 2011 gmc terrain. Now how I know this guy is pushing me off is by his tone when I show papers of recalls on my car. He was quick to say the recall wasn't open on it. I showed papers and online papers to get my car fixed. He honored two out of 3 papers that I have. I talked to Phil the service manager and he was able to work it out with me so I'm good with that. I got what I wanted but dealing with mark, I'm not dealing with that bs.
