This is not specifically for this location but the bank as a whole. Worse bank I could have chose. Having issues with zelle since I switched over to them and have been calling customer service for 4 days just to receive no help and get hung up on. Then instead of trying to help they tell you to use the app...obviously I tried that first and need help from a human! Will be closing my account and going elsewhere. App always saying it has a bug, online banking never works but when you call they say there's no problem. Nobody wants to work just what's to transfer you to the next department.

This was one of the worst banking experiences I’ve had at a physical branch. The bankers at this location are consistently unfriendly toward customers. During my recent visit, I felt they have a particular disdain for customers who opened their accounts online, possibly because they do not receive credit for those accounts. They frequently attempt to shift responsibility for even straightforward questions to online or app support, despite being able to handle these inquiries in person. Additionally, it is nearly impossible to reach them by phone for any assistance. If possible, I would recommend avoiding this branch.

The worst experience I have ever had with bank employees. They are completely incompetent and do not understand even the most basic things.
They were unable to open a card for me, claiming I didn’t have enough documents, although I had opened accounts with Chase, Citi, and other banks using the same documents.
As a result, I wasted my time and didn’t receive the service I needed. I do not recommend this location of Bank of America to anyone.

This is an absolutely incompetent employee who does not want to work. I have been a client of Bank of America for a long time. I wanted to open an additional business account. She first requested a physical card from any bank, and I went to the hotel to get it, since I didn't have it with me. Then she asked for additional documents that I do not have, and which are not needed to open an account. There were enough of these documents in another bank. She asked for non-existent papers. I provided everything I needed, and even sent her an email. I lost 5 hours in the bank, she wasn't going to open an account for me, I couldn't waste any more time, and I left. I don't speak English well, and she was thinking of getting rid of me so that I would leave.

This is not to this specific bank location, more to the company as a whole! As a customer with this bank for more than 15 yrs! I’m in awe about how much this company does not care for its long term customers! Time for a new bank who will care…People be cautious !!! That’s all I have to say!

Excellent service from personal banker, Angela, and site manager, Priscilla. They were able to answer my questions and initiate a case study on the spot. Very prompt and professional service.

Calling in is useless and quite annoying. Why should one have to go to the branch wait in a long line just to ask a question that the teller is clueless about.

Entered the bank, yesterday. There were about 15 people in line with 2 tellers.I asked a male banker walking by, if I needed to stand in the line to meet with a banker. He rushed by in a manner of being too busy to communicate, almost trying to pass by in avoidance; as he rushed to inform me to speak with banker Lori.I informed her I needed assistance closing accounts.I wasn’t taken to a cubicle; just asked my banking questions right there, in the lobby, with all the customers there to know my financial business.Furthermore; after asking me what was going on with the accounts (if things were processing) she asked if I was receiving direct deposits to the accounts; and I stated, no; that seemed alarming for her, as we had an awkward moment of her judging my behavior with the account, widening her eyes, she stopped talking, and just stared at me.Which I found incredibly unprofessional. This banker pretty much communicated she could not help me close my accounts because 1 of them were still processing something, in the lobby with everyone.Just low quality service and lack of respect for customers in this community; at this branch. From both bankers, behavior and that long line, I didn’t care for the banking practices.

I like this BOA branch because it's very convenient for me and it's right off the interstate 57, employees are very nice and professional with It.
