The customer service excellent. I didnt have an appointment, they kindly asked if I had time they could fit me in. I didnt wait long. The Awesome young man, showed, explained in detail the rim & solution. I'm blessed to have seen this place& stopped, because I was told by another store I needed a new rim that rim was damaged, causing shaking in my car which was not true. The marvelous young man showed me my balancing on that tire came off & pointed out the balancing on the other tires. He took care of it, off I went, no more vibrating while driving and the cost was minuscule.

Absolutely horrible service!!!! All the products are over priced and the owner Marty speaks to customers rudely and as if he is doing you a favor. I bought rims before out of convenience but never again. The other guys that work in the store are awesome though, but it don't matter because all business goes through Marty. I went for a dented rim, new rims for my other car, and spacers...never got around to talking about the other car because he answered his phone mid conversation. No excuse me, no let me take this call, no give me two seconds.. nothing. Middle of my sentence he accepted a call and afterwards walked off. I left without fixing my old rims or getting the new rims, just paid 4x the market rate for the spacers just to put my rims back on today. I wish I could give 0 stars, buyer beware!!!!!!
