I came in looking for APU batteries for my semi-truck, and Mike really knew his stuff. He answered every question I had thoroughly and clearly. What stood out the most was that if he didn’t immediately know an answer, he didn’t guess or just tell me anything — he took the time to look it up and make sure I got the correct information.
