I had the best experience here! I was coming in to buy my student shoes for a sneaker ball my school was having and the lovely Keshawn donated money to the cause and helped to get the shoes for the student! He was also extremely helpful with picking out which shoes to get! Will definitely come again, thanks again Keshawn!!!!

Staff at the Country Club Hills location was excellent and helpful! I later went over to the Matteson, IL location to pick up my shoe they wasn’t as pleasant and helpful as the previous location, when I would ask questions they was dry and uninterested in helping

Great Selection of shoes and clothing priced great and fair, where other shoe stores down Lincoln Highway are way overpriced. Even found a nice pair of retro Jordan’s on the shelf priced at $200, the store down the street I just left was charging $450 for these! Crazy right!

So I am visiting from Texas and I was in the store yesterday and forgot my wallet. I didn’t realize until the store was close. So I went today when they opened and the young lady had my wallet and made sure it was safe she even was trying to find my number to let me know!! I am so grateful that there are still decent people and that they held my wallet with ALL my things in there… THANK YOU AGAIN !!!!! I am so grateful and the customer service was GREAT!!!!

It's a little bigger than some of the other footlockers I went to today and had more selections of products that I was interested in. The staff were pretty friendly. Parking is plentiful because unfortunately the strip mall it's located in is a literal ghost town.
