I came to the establishment 3 different times and had to get nails repaired after less than a week . They ask you to pay after two days arguing they don't know what you did to make it break. They don't honor their work. I will not be back if you pay for overlay that should last at least a week and not break . I dont do construction and my nails aren't that long. Three times it happened. This is ridiculous! My time and money is is nothing to play with have a great day👌🏾😠

I enjoyed getting an impromptu, no chip Mani Pedi today. Amazing job plus the pedicure was outstanding. She really took her time but when it came to my manicure, another tech came and talked to her as if I wasn’t even in the room I would’ve tipped her much more, but I just didn’t like the other nail tech coming into the space like my personal space. It was very unprofessional and disrespectful. I would try it again. Next time I happen to be in the south suburbs and have a lot of time to kill.

First off I went Friday morning to get a fill in no chip. My nail by Sunday today is already about to chip. I called the “ manager “ “Natalie “ explaining to her I work this whole week I have one day off and on top of that i work a hour away in Naperville. She told me I would have to come by Tuesday to get my nails done when I work 8-6 am everyday I would not make it on time. Then she proceeded to tell me I need to come in so she can see the nail. Horrible customer service all I asked for was 5$ off my next service after paying 85$ on Friday for a no chip set that’s chipping already smh. I will not be back. These people want our money but don’t want to have good service it’s ridiculous plus they were super rough while doing my nails. Picture in the comments I don’t want to pick at it as it’s already coming off
You told me I have to be back by Tuesday! Now you telling me I can come any day? Does it look like I want to come and get one nail done after sitting for almost 2 hours to get my nails done in the first place?! Horrible customer service and I see why you all were dead

Been a long time going to the oriental nail shops and this visit eased my anxiety and established the retrust I had before. I realized that pandemic really did a number on me and I will be back. I tried to promote BOB but I need flexibility and sometimes we have too much going on , we want to be in service and thy own business and I know everyone has a life but between the girl trips/ turn ups during the week/ great great aunt Bessie’s nephew death/ limited Saturdays I’m done.

I had an appointment on 10/24/24 and when I arrived, after a long day at work, the nail technician that I had an appointment with(Alma) did not show up to work. I asked why they had not bothered to call me since we use our phone number to make the appointment so I know they have it. I was offered no explanation as to why no one had bothered to notify me and barely received an apology. I left after making another appointment for the next day.
At arrival the next day, I informed the owner of the previous day and requested some type of compensation and was told they don’t do that and I should have called before coming to make sure my technician would be in. I thought that was ridiculous if I have an appointment. Manager refused any compensation. This is a very bad business practice when people are paying their hard earned money to your establishment. This will be my last visit, I refuse to pay someone to mistreat me.

The nail tech was very inexperienced, he didn’t know how to get the excess skin off and around my nail bed!! I had to stop him and they wanted to charge me for a pedicure, even though it was poor quality and half done!! I don’t know what happened to this place!! But I won’t be back!!
