My car radio went out and Brian was able to get it up and running. It was an extremely difficult task, but Brian is so dedicated and passionate about his work. He kept in touch with me through the whole process. He also is a really genuine guy and if you have any electrical problems, he is definitely The man for the job.

I scheduled an appointment with Hotwire Electronics to fix a Bluetooth issue with an aftermarket stereo in a van I recently purchased. The appointment couldn't have went better, he found the problem and got it working in no time. The fee was less than I expected and done timely. I would highly recommend this shop for all your remote starter, alarm and car audio needs. They also offer U-Haul truck rental services I noticed.

Celeste and Brian at Hotwire have done work on my Moms car, my Dads car, my Brothers car and my car over multiple years. I never expect perfection from anyone all the time...it's unreasonable. What I do expect is honesty and a willingness to work towards a solution. Hotwire has always been straight forward, honest and willing to work towards a solution with me and my family. That matters to me!! I always feel appreciated, heard and respected. My questions and concerns have always been addressed. They are a small family run business, emphasis on family, whose connections in the community are vast and solid. I appreciate their patience and them never treating me or my family like we where just another charge to be rung up at the register. Prices are beyond reasonable and I feel as though I've gotten better than I've paid for. I honestly feel like they're family...who happen to own a shop. Thank you Celeste and Brian!

I called about my remote key not working while technician wasn’t available the rep assisted me in getting my key fob working and informed me what i needed to do to fix the remote start really excellent service and well recommended!

Celeste was super helpful on the phone and very sweet in person. When I pulled up, the gentleman apparently regonized my truck and waved me right on in. He knew exactly what he was doing and wasted no time at all. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. It was a 30 minute drive for me to get there, but if there is ever anything else I need done that they can handle, I'll deffinitely go back.
