I went to this location- after sitting with the preparer for an hour and a half she stated she has an appointment with another customer soon and would have to finish my taxes at another time, asked me to allow 48 hours, after seven days I hadn't heard anything from her even after emailing her requested documents. After 7 days I visited to ask about status she still seemed to busy to see me even though she didn't have a client. I don't recommend this location.

Mrs. Whitehead is very professional and patient! She hepled make this experience as smooth as possible! She clearly explained everything and helped me understand how to improve my numbers for next year! I had my son do his taxes with her as well and we are very pleased!

Booked an appointment for a specific time had to waiting in the waiting room for over an hour only to be asked if I can leave paperwork, yet waisted my time and gas. This place is not very professional and do not honor Time yet expect everyone to be on timeI suggest bringing food
