Today, I went to buy some items for my teenage daughter to braid her own hair. I’ve been to this location since the day they’ve opened their doors without ever having an issue. However, this visit, I was followed by one of their employees as I was looking for a product. He was following me literally shoulder to shoulder walking at the same exact pace as I was. I knew what he was doing… stereotyping me. I went to the aisle to grab the product and he stood at the end of the aisle which was about a foot from where I was. He never asked if I needed help for what I was looking for or even acknowledged my presence. I was very upset as my teenage daughter was with me. I will never buy from this store ever again.

I’ve been coming to this location for years and I occasionally have dealt with bad customer service but never reported it. Today however I came in and forgot to unlock my card. The older Asian lady at the register was very rude and didn’t want to wait on me to unlock it she wouldn’t even try to run my card again. She had a very bad attitude. I don’t believer that people should patronize places with bad service so I won’t be back. There’s a beauty supply right ACROSS the street where the people are always very nice. It’s a shame people bring businesses into our community and expect us to spend our money with people who don’t even like us. I will be sure to tell everyone I know not to come back to Jenny’s they really need to do better. You never know who somebody knows or what their connections are ?
