I've been using Life Storage for a few months now, and I'm so impressed with their exceptional service and facilities! Angel is very helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. My experience was smooth from the phone call to reserve the storage unit. All the way to visiting the unit in person. How to use the site, I was walked to my unit, facility access, and the transporting equipment was explained. THE SITE
WAS BEYOND CLEAN. I’m renting the indoor unit and it feels great inside. Thanks Angel in Matteson and the Service Representative on the phone. Both were helpful and to the point.
