I've been working out there for over 10 years!! I love the classes and the equipment is great!!!!

Well first being open anytime of the day or night is a huge plus. I love not worrying about what time I get off work or if they will be open because they always are.

went to check pool and gym. nice facilities, clean, enormous. many machines and free weights. staff friendly and helpful right down the street. hmmmm . . . .
