“I love to give credit where credit is due. Snipes put me through a ringer trying to get a refund for some shoes I purchased that were to small. What looked like an unfulfilled circumstance, turned into joy with the help of the awesome store manager Brittney! She was communicating with the back office about my refund, sending emails, and keeping me updated on the process of making sure I got my money back!
