I love to give credit where credit is due. Snipes put me through a ringer trying to get a refund for some shoes I purchased that were to small. What looked like an unfulfilled circumstance, turned into joy with the help of the awesome store manager Brittney! She was communicating with the back office about my refund, sending emails, and keeping me updated on the process of making sure I got my money back! She even said out of her own mouth that if they take any loner producing my return she will refund me out of her own pocket! Top tier customer support and I can't thank her enough! This is my snipes store of choice in the south suburbs and it's all due to Britt! Thanks boo! ~Amia

They held a shoe for 2 days for wife's birthday, because of that I purchased an additional pair of shoes for my daughter.

Called the store and spoke with Brittany at 1:30PM on Christmas Eve, and I advised I didn’t get the sale price on my items that I purchased the day before I was told need the items brought back and the receipt so they can give me the sale price.
Went to the store on Xmas eve at 8:00PM and the one worker said we’re closed I explained what happen and Brittany said come in and told the cashier to do the transaction.

A very bad experience one that could cost this business money .i was racially profiled and said to be banned from the store and police were called to escort me out but I did nothing .i wasn’t in the mood for legal actions but they very well could have been taken ….first time there

First time, but won’t be the last!!! HUGE SHOUT OUT TO BRITTANY for warming up the store (inside joke) and being extremely knowledgeable about the products as I am out of the loop. Brittany made sure my daughter got to try on the selections she chose. I didn’t feel rushed, overwhelmed or oversold. I have Under Armour gym shoes that recently made their way out of the box after nearly 5 years! Same thing with my Puma’s. I probably wear sneakers once a year at best. But, SNIPES has so many great styles and selections, buying gym shoes might become my thing. And, as a novice, not sure if I’m supposed to call them gym shoes, sneakers or kicks! Overall great experience.

I asked the guy for like 3 pairs of shoes. He didn't have any sizes that would fit me or my son. And then I bought few things there. When I went to cash out, they said there was no store bags so I had to carry the stuff out of the store with my hands. How do you not have bags? This place is sketchy 1 star ?
