I was in town with my family for a concert when I got a flat tire on my rental car. Chris was so helpful and accommodating!! With only an hour before closing, he went out of his way to make sure I was able to get my tire replaced so we could make it to the show on time.

My Husband and I have been customers of Pep Boys for years since we moved to Park Forest. We take all of our vehicles to be serviced with them and we do have quite a few lol. Brandon Has always been extremely helpful and courteous since the very first day that I step foot in the establishment. He’s always very knowledgeable and courteous and I feel like family whenever I deal with him. The professionalism at Pep Boys is like no other I’ve experienced when I lived in the city And I am so grateful to have found such a wonderful company. From oil changes to brakes and even tires or wiper blades, The work on our vehicles are always top-notch. Thank you so much Brandon and Pep Boys for your hard work and excellent service. You guys are awesome!!

If you’re having issues with your vehicle, Pep Boys is definitely the place to go. My Aunt and I both needed tires, breaks, and rotors. When we arrived we were kindly greeted by Brandon, who then worked with us to find the perfect options for our cars. He helped me pick out some great tires for my car and also took the time to retrieve them in a timely manner, so that my schedule was not effected. He then set us up with Hector, one of their mechanics whom I swear literally has magic in his hands. We ended up scheduling the rest of the work needed with them (Unfortunately as women our cars weren’t in the best shape?.) But after all of the repairs performed by Hector our cars have never been better. We are both two happy customers and Pep Boys is now our families official stop for any car repairs. Thanks Guys?!!

Pep Boys in Matteson, you guys really did a great job on my suspension. You found the problem and fixed it at a reasonable price. I've been to mechanic shops who tried to fix my suspension with all new parts and it still wasn't right. Thank you Pep Boys for fixing my problem!!
