I walked up to a man i believe his name was Dave or David but he was very very helpful and he walked me over to the product that I needed ... nice man good output and kindness .But the problem we had they only have one variety which it comes in 3kinds but everything looked clean also and the man that help us did the cashier also .

21800 Central Ave, MattesonI took my female dog in April 2023 for vaccines as a puppy and was able to get a free microchip. Most recently, I had 5 puppies come down with parvo. I paid 100.00 to test and test all at home with nausea meds, antibiotics, and IV fluids. They told me to come back for more if I needed them without charge. My puppies didn't make it, but I ran the last one there because they said they had a shot that would make him well, it was too late when we got there so we had to put him down. They did everything they could in our emergency. They care and be sure to get your puppies vaccinated so you don't suffer the same anguish I unfortunately did. They cost 25.00 but on 2 Saturdays a month they are free. My mother dog that I had previously vaccinated as i mentioned first came down with parvo. However, i treated her with the same needs but higher dose, and I'm happy to say she's getting well. That 1st set of output vaccines will help your pet dogs live if they get it. I pray this info helps many to have a great life with their babies.

21800 Central Ave, MattesonI got my Oriental Shorthair cat spayed here yesterday, I could not have been happier with how it went, this place is a well oiled machine, efficient, organized, clean, helpful...every single person I dealt with was professional and lovely. Low cost does not mean low quality. It's literally all they do..day in..day out so they are quite the experts. I will always get my pets spayed and neutered here from now on!
