Service was better in previous experiences currently still waiting to find out what's going on with the service of my vehicle, it's been over a week and a half and I've gotten the runaround from Tom Dixon, Mary Melissa, and every other name under the sun. A waste of time and money And space I would not recommend the service department or their sales department to anyone in the future.

Suuton Ford sold me a lemon. My 2014 Nissan Altima was purchased Sept '21 for around $15k. In 23 months of ownership, I was given billing for repairs in excess of $5k in repairs... nothing was covered by Sutton Ford's "24 month warranty." The service department hand waved me every time I had issues, saying I had to call and sort it out with the warranty company myself.The entire underside was rusted and the entire rear suspension was cracked through and going to collapse. It looked like what I'd expect a WWII jeep's underside would look like, not a car with less than 10 years driving. This didn't happen overnight nor during my daily driving (10 miles/day to and from work, all on paved road) contribute to these issues. Let me be clear: 2 years ago, a professional inspection of this car would probably determined the car barely drivable, and no one with a conscience would have deemed it sellable. They are either too incompetent or too dishonest to find or disclose these issues.Less than 2 years after the purchase, I traded in this lemon at a huge loss. The only difference I see between Sutton Ford and someone who would stick a gun in my face and take my money is honesty. Because a mugger would honestly do what Sutton Ford did to me through paperwork. I have made sound financial decisions in the last couple years where I have saved money and paid down debt. The purchase I made from Sutton Ford has erased all of those gains and will continue to leave me worse off for the next 5 years going forward. It will have lasting effect on my emergency savings, any other money I'd be putting aside, money to fix up my place. It's all 5 years away. The attitude I have been met with at every turn has that I should never have expected good service because I was dumb enough to buy from Sutton Ford. Not sure if it is incompetence or dishonesty, but I know I can't afford to find out. I will never buy a used or new car from you again and I will go out of my way to tell how bad my experience was to anyone buying a car. They don't inspect used cars and know they will not support them. What does that say of their treatment of new cars they sell?They treat you like a customer until the sale is final... then you are just a sucker to them.

Irving G. kept us here for HOURS. He ran my credit SEVEN (7) TIMES when he told me he only ran it 3 times. Kept telling me about his $1000 monthly payment and kept pushing a car that had over an $800 monthly payment on me when I told him I could do max $600. Saying that I can afford it because I have a good job. Finally, got so fed up and left. Extremely pushy and made my first experience trying to buy a car at 22 my worst nightmare. Will never go back. Highly DO NOT recommend. Went to Rizza Ford in Orland the next day and dealt with the most wonderful and helpful salesmen.

Service department failed to call me to tell me that my car was ready after me waiting at home for 5 hours, I was told by Melissa that some one would call me to pick me up. NO CALL!! When I called to find out what the hold up was, I was told that the Service Department was CLOSED!! SO, NO VEHICLE!! The next morning after getting a friend to take me to the dealership (ONCE AGAIN NO COMMUNICATION FROM THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT), the manager, Brian had plenty of apologies and a paltry offer to make up for the COMPLETE SCREW UP! And to top it all off the Vehicle Report Card didn't even have the correct Odometer reading on it!! REALLY??A TRULY DISSATISIFIED 5-TIME CUSTOMER

WOW!!!! This has to be the laziest car sales people ever. I asked this one guy to come over to talk about the Ranger floor model and he acted like I was interrupting him from doing something, so darn lazy. So I took my business to Chevy and got a 2023 Silverado TONIGHT. Don't ever come here. But on a happy note there was this one sales guy who was wearing a tie and who did ask us if we needed help so to him I will say thank you. Sorriest car sales people I have ever seen.

I attempted to get my oil changed there 3 times. Hmfinally the female at the desk scheduled me an appointment for me at 9am Saturday. I drive an hour there to be told it is walk ins only and it is a 3 hour wait. Never got my oil changed with them and not attempting again.

The pickup from the airport is where the good service ended. The sales rep drove back to the dealer (in the car i was buying) cutting lanes, driving 90+. What should have been a quick process as I did my pre-qualification online and money was sorted, took 4 hours at the dealership. I was told not to walk around in certain parts of the dealership for no reason. They tried adding on additional warranties without my permission totaling over $3500. There was an unexpected and unwanted dealer option of $2000 added i could not remove. Just a bad experience. Also, for a CPO, there were things like the tailgate button not working, VCT camshaft phases for the cold start rattle were clear and present. Shady dealer.

I see so many reviews here that match my own. Sad thing is, some are from as long ago as nine years, others as recent as a couple of months ago. Apparently, these folks at Sutton learn nothing. My spouse bought a 2018 Escape here about a year ago based upon recommendations from friends and family. What a huge mistake. Boy was my husband over charged! And I mean by thousands. Subsequent comparison shopping has proven that we could have gotten a much better deal elsewhere. Adding insult to injury, try phoning to schedule service. I dare you. If you ever manage to get out of the never ending phone tree and are able to speak to a representative, well you are fortunate indeed. Hubby took the car in for routine maintenance including replacement of windshield wipers. Not a week later, with the first rain the wipers flew right off while he was driving. Turns out that not only were they improperly installed, but they were the wrong wipers for the make and model. I took the car back to Sutton and they pulled in the guy who actually did the work. His name was either Erik or Zak. So wish I could remember which. He was visibly salty at having his mistake pointed out. He was rude and nasty from start to finish. I mean really, he made a mistake and is giving me attitude? He walked right past me and never advised me that the reinstall was completed as I continued to sit in the waiting area for an additional twenty minutes. Nope! Done. Once this car is paid for Sutton will never see us again. My car is a Nissan purchased from Ziegler Nissan in Orland Park. What a world of difference. Honesty, integrity, polite customer service, final costs match initial quotes. Sutton should take a trip out to Orland to learn how to run a dealership.

Everyone was very friendly and respectful. They have Drop off service was great. Jason and Shania were very energetic people and curious to Everyone. The cashier I didn't get her name, she was nice also.

Checked into this SLOW Lane location at 8:30a for The Works just to sit for 3 hours literally for nothing. Apparently if you bring them Dunkin then they'll take your vehicle in within a half hour. They never even touched my car, so I demanded my keys back and left at 11:30a.

What a waste of time. The salesperson by the name Z was unfriendly and dishonest. She told me my credit would not be ran, as i'm sitting there I received a notification on my phone my credit was ran several times. When I asked the reason why some guy gave me an excuse,I told him that's not what was discussed. Sad to say my credit was hit by 8 points. I decided to leave. Before I made it home, Z called my phone. I shared with her the reason why i left than she rung the phone up in my face. I will NEVER give this company my service.

I always go to Sutton Ford for any services I need for my car. I love Jillian, she is kind, patient, and professional. She is trustworthy. When she tells me my car needs something, I believe her. Jillian always provides excellent customer service.
