Apparently the employees here don't understand what light ice means--I can have lemon water for free at home!! If I'm paying for it shouldn't I get it the way I want it!! This is the 3rd Thursday in row this month that I've been and they didn't mention half off!! I mentioned it this time and they still charged me full price!! I won't be back but I'm sure they don't care!!

Horrible service, dirty store. I ordered ahead on the app. My drink was waiting when I got there. My pastry was not. I patiently waited for about 8 minutes, but no one acknowledged me or even looked at me. There was one person busily making drinks and two people busy at the drive through. Four others were standing around talking just past the register. I walked over there and stood by the counter, but they just kept talking an out personal stuff, no acknowledgement at all. I finally said “excuse me” politely and asked about my pastry. Then one employee turned around and saw the ticket on the printer. They hadn’t even started on it, and I had ordered it via mobile 15 minutes prior. No reply to me, just kept talking amongst themselves, unwrapped the pastry and popped it in the oven. After a minute it was done and they just plopped it in the counter. No word of thanks, no direct word to me at all. I don’t expect to be treated like royalty, but at least have some common courtesy and basic customer service. What’s more, this store was filthy. Dirty tables, overflowing trash, dirty floors, boxes of inventory stacked out in the open. For service and cleanliness, this place is just no good.

I always wonder if this was the staff at a downtown location .. they would be out of a job . Unfriendly as can be .. my drink a medicine ball HOT WATER AND TEA BAG TOOK FOREVER .. I went in because the drive thru was long as usual but I had a few minutes to spare .. but I sat longer than I should .. I've worked at a 2 Starbucks downtown locations and the unfriendliness alone will have u terminated .. do better I guess ..

The team members are very professional. The service is a little slow, but the place gets busy sometimes, so it's understandable. The drive due needs to get faster.

Got a tea and they put maple in my tea as a joke I guess cause they couldn’t find my drink at first went to another Starbucks and they confirmed it was something in my drink that wasn’t suppose to will never go to this location

I have been ordering a venti blended ice with a splash of water for the last couple months with no problem ... o 11/15 at 6am manger name Sarah told me she can't make me a blended ice anymore bec it breaks there blades i thought this store was a blending type of job weather is ice or whatever I order. Very rude

Unfriendly and unprofessional staff. They were busy closing up at 7:30 and wrapped up in loud personal conversation, however my coffee was made perfectly.

Drive thru wait times are ridiculous! It never fails wait time is easily 30 minutes or more!
