My car broke down while visiting family out of state. Lenny went out of his way to figure out if it was safe to drive and what repairs were needed. He even stayed after hours to go through the car and gave me options for repair. This crew is the best of the best.

My daughter just moved to the area2 months ago. She was 30 miles from home. I live 2hours away. She went to autozone to have her car checked. While she was there the car stalled. I called from Champaign and contacted TnT. Towed the car there and talk to Gavin and he said he could look at it on Thursday called and said it was done on Wednesday fixed the problem and it was ready a day earlier. Very pleased with the honesty and professional work.

Our work truck broke down on the interstate, and T and T was one of the closer places. I was impressed with their high recommendation, and they did not disappoint. Gavin was extremely helpful. He discussed the potential repairs and, since they don’t really work on bigger trucks like we have, pointed me in the direction of a few other mechanics shops, a rental car company and a tow company who turned out to be some of the nicest people I have ever dealt with. We ended up making the repair on our own, but Gavin was phenomenal. He even stayed after closing time waiting on us, and then called to check on us.

They put brakes that squeal on my car. They knew the brakes from the company were bad after so many months (I guess) and didn’t do anything to contact me. I don’t drive my car often - so I figured the brakes needed to be used a little bit. Ended up bringing my car in for a different issue to them and let them know about the brakes. They let me know then that they found out that the brakes make noise and since changed manufacturers but since it had been a few months there’s nothing they could do. Wanted to like them. Generally are nice and knowledgeable, however can’t get past this brake issue and their failure to rectify. Also strange because they take the time to send me mail when I’ve visited, so they do have the means and know-how to contact customers.
This was a past issue, correct. But at the time T&T did not properly address it. You have not seen my car in a while because I refuse to take it back after the failure on your end. Thanks for the reply.
