CORPORATE. SHUT. THIS. LOCATION. DOWN.The Year is 2024 and Customer Service is reduced to TRASH .. No longer is it a pleasant buying experience but a weird awkward experience of stand off dialogue and shallow suggestions for commission .. I might be here on a off day but this team couldn’t sell itself out of a Black Friday dealCame in to buy the most expensive iPhone on the market, 0 accommodations, 0 courtesy, it was like I was working with Robots (Already)Call me “Old fashion” but there was a time when customers felt good spending $$$ at a store .. 0/5 if I could1 Star is being nice

I keep being told to return things to this store however they keep telling me they can't do anything without certain information which I got then that didn't matter and keep telling me to do what the person that told me to take it to the store to return so I don't get billed told me they couldn't do and what I had to do was take it in but did this a few times called and they say they can't do a label let alone I don't want to go to a UPS store get on the internet set up my laser printer and network when I'm returning your internet connection gateway What if I don't have another way to get a shipping label out of an email because your internet service doesn't work at that point let alone it is marketed to rural areas so driving all over in Chicago during the snow on top of it when the business model for 5G or fixed wireless access FWA was to ensure on the consumer side that it didn't require any installation other than them sending you a box that you self-install then why can't you just send that box back?they say I won't be charged from the store side but the sale side said I would be did they actually delete my card who knows but I don't want a stupid hold put on or anything to my credit because they don't want to mail it back or tell me they can't which I don't quite buy that either regardless of the screen The guy showed me cuz I don't think corporate would train the CX in India to tell you to take it to a store when they have no idea where they were even close to Chicago first just email a label that if the system lets that happen still then call them and get one and slap it on there or just make one and ship it I had all the information that was preventing it the first time allegedly. Even though I still use them through Google Fi and have used T-Mobile before and was going to switch to the four for a hundred plan and get the s24 Ultra since I have the S23 Ultra and a pixel already

I would not recommend visiting this location. I walked in this store mad eye contact with 3 associates, no one acknowledged I was in the store. Then 2 more customers walked in they weren’t greeted either. Then when I brought it to the associates attention not even an apology. Their customer service is horrendous. And on top of that they are charging a $5 fee to simply pay a bill. T mobile customer service has continue to decline as their prices steady rise. I am leaving this company and advise everyone else to do the same.

Not a great experience today when I asked about a data only plan and offered details, the cost of the plan, ever the TMO code to look it up! Was immediately told it didn't exist and tried to sell me a more expensive plan. Next came the phrase, "Let me educate you about something!". Finally he looked it up and to his surprise, there was the plan I spoke of. Never an apology, quite the class act with his condescending attitude. Was also contemplating moving two lines over, but not anymore. I'm a shareholder and this guy should be canned.

I decided to take advantage of the promotions T-Mobile had to offer and Jamair was my point of contact. He was great. I was so welcomed. It was refreshing to receive great customer service. He was informative, genuinely helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend him.

I must have gone during their busy time. It was packed and each customer was time consuming. I finally got good service. The agent was knowledgeable. I got what I needed and left after some time though. However, the new Sim card on my new modem wasn't activated and I ended up calling in for service.

I went in for an upgrade and Dee made the entire experience amazing. Her customer service was top notch and she was very personable. I love the location because the workers and great and they make sure you leave with what you need.
