“Over the last several years, I have brought my 2020 Chevrolet Traverse LT AWD and my 2015 Hyundai Elantra Sport to the respective dealerships for routine service and maintenance. I recently brought both of my vehicles to John's Auto Service & Repair for an oil/filter change, brake fluid change, coolant flush, and wheel bearing replacement. In both cases, I was very happy with the quality of work performed, the work was completed in a timely manner, and the cost was very fair. The cherries on top were that the shop was very clean and professional and the Nystrom Boys and their team were very friendly and knowledgeable. A longtime Family run Tinley Park; business that’s friendly; and very professional managed. You can (via your cell phone) monitor your cars progress during the service. “Needed a quick fix before the snow, thought I needed a new tire, the owner took me in IMMEDIATELY, found the problem in 5 minutes and told me I just needed a quick fix. I was in and out in 15 minutes AND he was honest! I was prepared to spend on a whole tire and he honestly said "no, you just need a new, tighter cap", honesty is hard to find these days and as a customer I appreciate that so much.
