Tyler! Fixed the broken-off piece of lightning cable stuck in my son's (poor, long-suffering) phone within just a couple minutes, and is now investigating son's (long-suffering) Switch to see what's wrong with it. He was up-front about costs, did not try to push anything, and I'm looking forward to working more with him if we need electronics work in the future.
