The services is extermely bad, alway one or two teller and the hours are not good for working people even on Saturday.

I’ve visited this location a few times, and each time I waited in line 15-30mins to make a transaction. There’s always one, tellers at the counter that lack customer service skills. Yesterday, I asked to speak to a manager an was told she wasn’t available and manager Jennifer would call me in regards to my concerns. Welp, you think I got a call from Jennifer yesterday or today…nope!I don’t recommend this location to anyone, unless you got time to waste, and don’t mind unprofessionalism. Never, had this problem at the other location in Homewood, or Richton Park. Which is a further commute, for me which is a inconvenience. They get 1 star, only so I could post my review about my experience at this location. Cause, I won’t be going back!

I went into this location to deposit a check into my account (the check was written off my father's US Bank account). Because of the amount of the check, the teller lied and said that there's a flag on my father's account to verify that the check is legit! I was livid! When asked who put the flag on the account, the teller would not tell me, which is understandable. After speaking with customer service, they explained to me that there are no "flags" on accounts and it's at the individual branch's discretion if they want to verify a check or not. I was so embarrassed! I would not have had any problem if the teller just told me, "Because of the amount of the check, I would need to verify with the account owner that they authorized this transaction". But she didn't do that, she lied! The teller called my parents and asked them damn near 21 questions! This branch needs to do better!

Just can’t believe that doors are locked in 1pm in middle off the week ( Thursday), and this location really looks abandoned, unacceptable presentation for big financial institution, I was trying to find other locations near by on google maps and reviews on other locations saying same “doors locked in middle of business hours” , I think government should check out what’s going on with US bank and put them back on track, I think it’s illegal to keep doors locked for days and days in business hours especially for financial institutions like banks

I agree with a lot of these reviews, I wish I could give a zero star rating. This location is the absolute worse. Terrible experiences every time. Lobby is always locked. Weird “security” guard. Staff is unpleasant and laughs when you need something explained.This location is 5 minutes from my house and I rather drive 40 minutes away than deal with this branch.

Stood in line for 30 minutes just to make a bank deposit only person no other people, seems they are understaffed and the drive through closed.

I would love to give O stars! This branch is so unprofessional! I waited an hour for a banker to be told to come back since they were understaffed. Made an appointment for a couple of days later. Arrived on time and Barb the banker says to reschedule because they were understaffed. What was the point of making an appointment if you do not honor it? Barb stated her branch manager Jennifer instructed her to reschedule since they had long lines. Seriously, just close this branch already!!

They lied and said they do soft credit checks to open a bank account but they actually did a hard credit check......Just to open a saving account. Stay away!

The people that work here are very rude and nasty. If you decide to bank with them, I wouldn’t utilize their branch.

I rated low because I sat over 25 minutes waiting for a banker when there were 2. I listen to the 2 bankers speak with the customer about her personal life.Also, because both bankers saw me waiting 1 walked back and forth pass me w/o any acknowledgement I was even sitting there. I had to wait that long for a a banker to simply say, “thank you for stopping in today, I’m working with the other banker as soon as I am done there I will be with you.” Customer service was terrible.
