I usually never post reviews but I had to this time to warn others about taking caution to spending their dollars here for service work. The young man who did my nails last week did not care at all about doing a good job. A month ago, a young lady had the same disposition. I told him that I was going on vacation and needed the polish to be long-lasting. He gave no indication that he cared about doing good work or giving good service, period. I've noticed that if you don’t like/want gel nails, they will do a poor job intentionally so that when it doesn't last past 3 days they can try to blame you for not getting gel nails. I want to add pics of the poor work that was done but I don't see where I can upload them. My nails look horrible!!! I'm never going back to this place again! I love being serviced like the next person but its all about good quality service for me.

Please do not go here, the quality is bad, the service is bad, they rush their work and don’t care if they injure you. Save yourself money!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I was there to get me & my 5 y/o daughter’s nails done today. When I first arrived a gentleman asked me what service am I needing. I let him know I’d like a “Full-Set w/ French Tip”, he told me $40. I then proceeded to let him my child will get polished nails and toes. When JENNY was starting on my nails, she held up a powder and asked was it ok. I said yes because I never asked for an up charged powder. When it was time to pay JENNY taxed on so many different amounts. JENNY then proceeded to get loud, unprofessional and tell me that it was my fault in front of my child for all the up charges. I asked her to get the gentleman who told me $40 and she did everything but that. She put a flower on my nails without asking, me thinking it’s a Mother’s Day gesture, but she charged me more for that and powder and told me my total $75!!!!!! From $40???? I felt embarrassed and humiliated because she kept getting loud and repeatedly stated numerous times “That’s your fault”. How rude is that??? She ended up taking the flower off my nails which I never asked for which is fine. I will never visit this establishment AGAIN!!!!

I only ask for Tina for both mani and pedi. She is the best and she also does well with adding designs. Use anyone else at your own risk. You've been warned...lol Tina is my sole reason for the 5 stars! She's awesome!

This nail shop is horrible! Do not go here. My nails top clear chips off my two thumbs and my ring finger after a week. They are using old products or cheap products. I get the dip that is 50. There’s no way this should be happening. I’m going back to my normal place.
If I didn’t have to give one star they’d get nothing.

Horrible customer service. My daughters nails broke 2 days after I paid $55! And the owner told me not to complain. How rude!!! I told him I'll never be back. I will never give them another $1!

Got french tip, they started coming off three days later… tried to come back to get refund and they wouldn't give it back… instead she only re-did the ones that came off but not whole set after i insisted ! Then to find out she used glow in the dark polish on the ones she re-did! Looks a mess. Plus the other nails she didnt redo came off same day…. FIRST AND LAST time coming here. The space is cramped and low budget.

Don’t waste your money!! They don’t know how to do nails or the process to. The person that did my nails doesn’t know how to do nail. Made me bleed from my fingers twice. Asked for almond shape all nails are different shapes and sizes. Didn’t clean supplies.
Requested style: Didn’t do style I wanted.
Cleanliness: Dirty.
Stylist: Didn’t do what I asked for.

I speak their language they talk bad about all their customers. They charge to fix their mistakes they chip my nail and charged me extra

I have been coming here for years and last Friday I paid $20 for a polish change and it was chipped by Sunday. It was not no chip but a regular polish in my toes always last at least a week and a half without chipping. When I went in to request that they fix the 5 toes that had either chipped or were apparent were about to chip I was met with resistance from the manager indicting that I did not get a pedicure. Whether I got a pedicure was not the point. A $20 polish change should not be chipped. While it was ultimately fixed, the confrontation was uncalled for and very unprofessional.

Never going there again charge me 5 dollars broke nail and mood polish change told them it was wrong color they going to say cause it's new othervone old it never changed colors.never going back there again.they did it on purpose.
