“The experience was a little cold and a little intimidating. But, it was very straightforward. Order online. Go to the facility. Walk past the guards and cement posts. Show your ID and go into the store. Show your ID again and pay. You get your product and leave. Not a"store" per se, so much as a pickup location.
Everyone was nice. But the outside of the building and the security can be a bit off putting.
Overall, it was fine and I got what I wanted with no fuss.”
