About WM - Matteson, IL Hauling
WM - Matteson, IL Hauling, formerly Waste Management, is North America’s largest residential recycler. They maintain a strong commitment to helping businesses and homeowners handle their recycling needs. In addition to recycling drop-off locations, WM provides residential and commercial recycling pickup services.
Customers report great service with notifications for holiday pickup changes. Crews have cleaned debris left at the curb, even taking branches the village did not pick up. The WM at your door service for items like desktop and laptop computers is described as easy-to-use and highly recommended. Pickup service for gasoline and paint products has also been reliable, with items picked up early the next morning after being placed in front of the garage the night before.
Requests for special item pickups are reliable, and the truck is always at the same time. Sanitation engineers are friendly and helpful, and there is never debris left after pickup. While WM usually does a good job with garbage pickup and is reliable, some customers note that their trucks have repeatedly left newly paved streets stained with leaking liquid.

I have used the pickup service for gasoline and paint products. I was given a date and placed items in front of garage the night before and all were picked up early the next morning.
