I have purchased three vehicles from this dealership over the years. so my wife and I drove in over three hundred miles to purchase a new vehicle. it was on a Saturday night close to closing. we started the process, and they ran her credit and said she was approved. in the meantime, they ran my credit as a coast signer, which I did not agree to. this is a place to be careful of. they are very shady, so be careful. we end up buying a car from another dealership in Kentucky where we live, i Advise to shop somewhere else these people can not be trusted. my next step is to file a complaint against Hyundai

World Hyundai did not miss the assignment. My sales team were intentional in the way I was handled as a customer and made sure my car needs were satisfied. I recommend them for all your car needs.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. They are dishonest, deceitful and will try to rip you off. Their biggest scam is to hide the Monroney sticker and inflate MSRP. We caught them doing this and then they wouldn't honor the discount we negotiated using the real MSRP. They also seem to specialize in dragging out the sales process as long as they can. They try to wear you down. Erik Garcia is a liar and scam artist. When we caught him, he ran and hid, handing us off to Chevy Thomas. He was just as bad and then became belligerent when we wouldn't accept his b.s. I would never do business with this dealership and neither should you!

If I could assign a rating lower than zero stars, it would still not fully capture the disappointment I experienced with this dealership. I purchased a Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy from the Matteson, IL location with the expectation that they would uphold the promises made during the sale. Specifically, I was assured of complimentary oil changes for the next three years and a spa treatment for the vehicle. However, my first encounter with their service department was appalling. After leaving my car for the spa treatment, I received notification that it was ready for pickup, only to find it untouched - not even vacuumed or washed. When I raised this issue with Terry and showed her evidence of the neglected interior, she scolded the service manager in front of me. This unprofessional behavior was unacceptable, and despite my request for a resolution, nothing satisfactory was offered. On another occasion, I was contacted by the dealership regarding an oil change due for my car. Yet, when I arrived for the appointment, I was informed it would cost $75. This discrepancy infuriated me. According to the manager and the sales associate, in Illinois, oil changes are only free every other "due date" because it's not recommended to follow the manufacturer's schedule. This explanation was preposterous and completely unacceptable. I had braved a snowstorm to bring my vehicle to the dealership, only to be met with such dishonesty. It wasn't about the money; it was about the principles at stake. I left before my frustration boiled over into unprofessional behavior towards those who had initially welcomed me warmly. After speaking with D'Angelo, who acknowledged the failure to communicate the terms of the free oil changes upfront, I declined further calls from the guest service manager, as no meaningful resolution seemed forthcoming, only excuses. What baffles me is why a dealership would deviate from the manufacturer's recommended care for a vehicle and make promises they knew they couldn't keep. Was it solely for the sake of making a sale? It's disheartening to witness such a decline in integrity, potentially deterring future customers. I strongly advise others to explore alternative dealerships in the area. This establishment needs to learn a lesson - do not be swayed by their enticing words. I have never returned my vehicle to them and have no intention to do so. Even if it means paying another service center for an oil change, I refuse to deal with such dishonesty. It's shameful that I ever gave them my business. Never again will I set foot in that dealership. Seek service elsewhere! -MGR

I am extremely disappointed in the service that I received on yesterday August 22nd. I brought my vehicle in for an issue that arose after i only came in for an oil change on 8/11/23. I had an appt. at 7:30am and I arrived at 7:27am. I DID NOT leave there until 10:37. They could not figure out the problem and this was known early on. My time was wasted and I have to make a return visit once the parts come in. I was told that they could figure out the issue by one service rep and I was told there was a recall on my vehicle by another service rep. I was told that my vehicle would be washed and DRIED and of course that DID NOT HAPPEN! I was most OUTRAGED about the fact that a SWEATY VALET DRIVER WAS IN MY VEHICLE! HE pulled up with sweat dripping off him and in my seat, console etc... I was absolutely disgusted!!! Because COVID 19 PROTOCOLS are relaxed; does that mean we are not practicing safe hygiene and safety for our customers??? No placemats, no seat covers etc... I live in Bronzeville; not around the corner! Had brought my car in for an 11:30 appointment. Had my dad pick me up and take me to work. I was told that the car would be ready no later than 4:30. It was just an oil change, tire rotation, and someone to look at the wireless Apple car play. When we first dropped it off they told me the filter was covered in the lease but when they called it wasn't but it was 80 dollars. Then they didn't even do the oil change or tire rotation until 5pm!!! WTF! I made an appointment!! They told us the car would be ready at 6:30! How is that okay.... Just because I didn't sit and wait. I was totally not going to sit there from 11:30 until 4:30, I had work. So if you don't sit and wait for your car it won't get done even if it an appointment.

I took my car to world hyundai to get the steering column repaired from damage done due to break in and stolen. I went to pick up my car on Saturday but as I drove it off the lot, I heard a knocking noise, so I pulled over just down the street to check my tires and I saw smoke coming from beneath my car. I also noticed that my car had marks on it from the front to the back. I went back to World Hyundai immediately after the smoke died down a bit. I spoke to several people and they told me that there were no picture in the system of my vehicle in which I witnessed them taking them at check in. I was told that maybe the damage was done by the tolling service, I told them to hat I drove my car there because my car was drivable. Please help because all of my pictures are gone even the ones that was sent to me through email. They used a link where they could still control images that they sent to you via your personal email. All it is showing me is content is unavailable. I am now fighting and using energy that I need to reserve to tend to my health. I really need someone to advocate for me.
