Well we got stuck in the median when the snow storm came through and left a bunch of ice on the road - yup we were one of the casualties. Thankfully we were able to get pulled out of there and onto the road so we can finish our leg home from MS. I gotta say, they responded quickly all things considered since there was over 15 cars we saw just like us, stuck..I know there is a lot of places available to get out and get help but this was legitimately the best solution for us. We called one and they wanted around $600 for what this guy did under $200. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs help asap!
Zach deserves the attention for this one, he did amazing he was so kind and personable and quick..I would also like to add that he really is risking life doing what he does, someone nearly didn't merge over and would've hit his truck as he was towing us..and had to act quickly just in case and lunged away from his truck. This job isn't an easy one per-say and I'd say that they deserve so much thanks for doing what they do. Thank you for the amazing service, which got us home quickly.

Greedy people .They ask 2000$ to tow my Kenworth from Geenup,IL to Enffingham ,IL It’s only 25 miles tow .Their shop is 20 miles from me
Try to rob a hardworking truck driver .Then I called another tow company t .They charged me 600$ and did a good job and saved my day

I ended up with a flat tire while out running errands in the evening. My cousin recommended 1st Class. I was told someone would be there within 30 minutes, and Zach arrived right on time. He did a fantastic job and quickly got my spare on. He made sure I knew the limitations of the spare and what my next steps should be. Since it was late, he also made sure that I was able to pull safely away. He did a great job and was the nicest guy!

Zach was absolutely amazing! At a time where we were unsure as to whether or not my son's vehicle could be transported to a shop in one piece. Zach used his expertise to make sure it got to the automotive shop safely. He definitely made a highly stressful situation less stressful. Also at a good price. I highly recommend!

Amazing service! Called Isaac Clodelder at KC Summers to get suggestions on best team to address our situation. Ike recommended 1st class and their service matched their name. Zach spent considerable time caring for our vehicle as he loaded it for delivery to Darrin's Tire and Auto for repair.

My dad, grandma, and I were stranded on the side of the interstate and were having the biggest issue of finding a tow truck through the insurance company. Luckily, my dad found 1st Class online and they were QUICK to come out and help us. Unfortunately, my grandma couldn’t ride in the truck as she is unable to climb up inside the cab, so the driver called the owner who came and personally drove my grandma to our destination. Both men were extremely helpful and courteous! I couldn’t recommend a better towing service, and we will be calling them first if we have another issue! 10/10

Zack, Jamey and the whole First Class team are great! Typical Jeep problems left me stranded on the side of the road on July 4th. They responded right away and very promptly got the Jeep backed directly into my garage. I call no one else for any tow service needs.

The service I received by the person [sorry I forgot his name :( ]actually dispatched to retrieve my car after the wreck at 7:30am was very kind. However, 1st Class was not willing to be flexible about when I could come to retrieve my items after my wreck, released my car to another company without my permission, and did not inform me my car was gone elsewhere until I called to say I was on my way to 1st Class to get my personal belongings.
Upon driving 40 extra minutes to the new location, I discovered A large cooler with many items inside was also missing. Updated: I had an Engraved bag with hundreds of dollars worth of supplies in it that is also missing.
Because they released the car without my permission, I have no true chain of custody but have had quite a few things stolen while my car was in their possession after a rollover accident. So, I called, and Jamie was rude on the phone when I called to see if they could shed any light on my missing cooler and missing supplies.
