I moved into a smaller home and needed to rent a storage unit. I chose American Way Storage and I'm very pleased. The unit was clean and conveniently located right inside the gate. I had a few hiccups in the process of getting to my unit but the customer service agent was very pleasant and assured me that my unit would be ready whenever I got there. I feel like I made the right choice with American Way Storage.
