They are my go-to body shop forever after the incredible service they provided, as well as timeliness. They had a lot of repairs when I hit the second deer, but I still got my car back before my insurance didn't want to pay for a rental anymore. So thankful for Waters Auto Body and the incredible service they provide!!!! My entire front end was trashed with both deer, but they got me back to a new car status both times!”

I bought a truck back in 2016 and they completely transformed it into even more than I imagined at a cost much less than I found while shopping around. It is now late 2023, and the work they did back then is still just as solid as the day they did it. I have not had a single issue with customer service, quality of parts or quality of workmanship. Through the years I have continued to add-on many more things as we all do. In fact, I am writing this review because I just looked up the number to order Rims and Tires and thought they had earned my time to share that my experiences have never been less than outstanding. “No complaints about dealership, staff etc. All very exceptional. However, the so-called "Express Oil Change" is a farce. Used to be I could call, make an appointment, drive in town and get my oil changed with a reasonable wait time. Now I drive in--cannot make an appointment--told there would be an hour and a half to two hours before they could even start my truck. That as been the case since this "Express" stuff started. My wife went in for an oil change, after two hours of waiting I drove in town and picked her up and we went shopping. It's either time for Pilson's to junk this "Express" stuff and get back to appointments or I'm going to alleviate some of their wait times by going somewhere else.”

My lug bolts broke on the interstate and when I pulled over they not only helped me figure out what was wrong, but when my dad got there to fix it, they lent us tools and were more than helpful! I definitely wanna recognize the employee named Angel! He was a literal god send today. Thank you so much O’Reilly!”
“Recently had my car repaired here at this location. After receiving my car back and inspecting it I was more than pleased. You couldn’t even tell that it has been repaired ! And after wards they cleaned the car to perfection. Hopefully will be doing future business !”
