I quit going in there a few years ago due to lack of knowledgeable and good help. I’ve been back 3 times in the past two weeks and will start using them again. Props to you guys for turning it around and having a great store again!

Awesome service I pulled up because somebody had told me that both my brake lights were out they immediately came outside to help me and confirmed they were out and the young man Cameron said it may be the fuse he then was able to find the fuse that needed, replaced, and sure enough it was the fuse. Everybody was kind and respectful and very helpful from the moment I walked in

Sad I was ripped off from auto zone in Mattoon...I know it was only 14.48 but that lady didn't know what she was doing she should be fired... I even complained to the main office and see why I couldn't get my money back but they never returned my emails.. Now I guess I will go to the better business bureau here in Illinois and file a complaint against them.. Never had problems on returning to my bank with Walmart or anyone else for they knew what they were doing...I will also make a post on my Facebook as well.. Never will deal with this place again and I will never recommend anyone to them.. People O'Reilly Auto Parts in Mattoon is much better and cheaper....

Spoke to an employee named Jim possibly the rudest person I have ever spoken to especially in the customer service field maybe they need to train their employees in customer service will never shop at AutoZone again if I wanted that kind of service would have called my ex wife will be taking my business to O'Reilly's from now on
