“I have been with FM for 23 years, approximately. I have had great service, with an occasional glitch here and there. Fortunately all resolved quickly and professionally. Its true that it has taken some time for it to modernize some of the services, it's also true some are more complicated than others especially for seniors. I have always been impressed and proud that our bank employees have maintained a professional look, thru the years, even as the general public's look has had an overall degrading. This week, after an extended absence, I was very disappointed to see, several employees in jeans,and over all not a very professional look. I remember always seeing men in nice shirts and a tie, ladies in a dress of dress pants.Believe it or not it makes a difference in the overall impression of the bank.The employees do their jobs, and well. Very curtious and polite. No complaints in that area. It just doesn't reflect a professional appearance.ThanksSyma Cervone”
