I went to CK nails for the first time today and the gentleman who did my nails who I think is the owner is absolutely fabulous… He’s friendly. He actually talks to you while he’s doing your nails. He does a good job. I would definitely go here again.

DO NOT, under any circumstances, go here. There is a reason they are not busy and can get you right in! I was charged $130 for a gel mani and pedi, when I politely informed them that their menu says $45 for pedi and $35 for mani so the total should be $80, he went on an about charging extra for removing gel from different place. Absolutely ridiculous! My daughter got a new set of acrylics and they all broke or fell off within 1 week.

wayyyy to overpriced, i usually pay $30 for a fill in at my regular place, but i paid $50 here and they are not even that good. disappointed and will not be back.

Requested style: Maybe they knew I was a newbie but they just did what they wanted.
Cleanliness: There stations were clean and they were sanitary. The rest of the shop was not clean

Great service, friendly staff, I would highly recommend any of the pedicures. My daughter in law took me for my birthday and I had a great special pedi!!!!!!! If you are in the area then I would say to stop in for pedicure services! Very worth it!

I booked an appointment for 2, and asked for us to be able to get our nails and toes done together so we could have a girls day. We get there and she’s behind me getting her toes done first and me getting my nails done first and then we swap. Already disappointed, if you couldn’t do it then just say so no big deal, don’t tell me it can be done and we get there and can’t have a conversation without turning around or raising our voices. I paid overall $125 for my nails and toes to be done. It was suppose to be a deluxe package (white board said $45 was charge $55) not sure what was deluxe about it. They used a scrub for a min or two, hot towel and a purple block on my foot, the lotion after. What happened to the foot soaking in a bag, callus scraper and massage?? My nails, I asked for the white tip but wanted the pink base. I tried to explain what I wanted and he said that’s what he was doing. I “trusted” his process. He used a white tip instead of painting the tip like I asked and the French “tip” is covering half my nail bed! Also I had to reshape them when I came home. I asked for square and he gave me squoval and they weren’t even and different widths. I am very disappointed and will not be going back. Day 2 of my toe nails being done and already peeling off!

I’m from out of town so I don’t know any good nail places. The places in Charleston all had bad reviews. I picked this place because the reviews were very positive. I got a gel manicure and I love it. I usually pay $30-35 for a gel manicure and I paid $40 for this one. So a little bit more of what I’m used to but the service was nice.
I walked in and waited under 10 min before being attended to. If you’re new in town and don’t know where to go, come here.

HORRIBLE experience. Took my nieces to get a pedicure, the lady working was very polite and made the girls laugh. She even gave them a design….When I went to pay he charged me $35 each child which mind you (took them maybe 10 minutes each) and then told me mine was $55 (for a regular polish and a regular pedicure). I accepted this and moved on even though I asked for a normal pedicure. When we were done, I had to have my mom bring me $20 extra which was okay, but in the mean time he was screaming and yelling at me and the 2 girls, as well as made a pregnant women getting her nails done cry. My girls NEVER want to get a pedicure again thanks to Dan.The lady who did our nails offered to pay for what I didn’t have and the owner screamed at her. I told her I’d pay what I owe and leave. She was a sweet girl and I feel horrible she has to work for someone like that.Horrible business and absolutely no respect. I’ve attached a picture of the man who made 3 girls cry within a span of 5 minutes.

Horrible service, the man was screaming at us, with 2 girls 6 years old, real nice dude.... we will never go back, and if anyone had a little girl, please DO NOT take them there, they do not like... and it's the same price as adults!!!Horrible place!!! Never never again!!!!Service: Pedicure

I will have to say I was looking forward to trying them. Nice people but very disappointed in nails. I always get gel with French tip! Within 3 days 3 of my nails were chipping off of white polish. Went back in he painted white tip again and polished. He was a little annoyed and said I must have been using them a lot!! I told him No more than usual. They aren't real long! 4 days later started chipping off again!! Never had this problem before! I paid $120 with tip!!!! Wondering if old polish!! Will not go back!!!Services: Manicure
