The place was a filthy mess. I counted at least 7 employees. Nothing was stocked, trashes were overflowing, there was no clean table. Our fish sandwich was undercooked (raw batter), and the cheesecurds were so burnt they were black. The music was so loud we had to yell at each other to be heard. I don't understand the 4.4 average reviews at all.

Burgers were hard and dry. Fries were so hard I couldn't eat them even with the overpriced cheese sauce. Employees looked like deers in a headlight and probably all share just 1 brain cells.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

The bread was a bit burnt, I wouldn't complain too much about it since they were a bit busy, but overall everything was good!

Quick and delicious ? little eatery I have only been a time or two because we don't have any close to where I live. Definitely a good place to eat... be advised sometimes the shakes are super thick bc it's actually frozen custard.. probably one of the top 3 burgers ? ? ? I've had in my life lol ?

Mattoon location is beyond fabulous. Everything is available each time we go.Employees are friendly and fast. This is the best location.
