Wabash Valley Goodwill is a very friendly place full of treasures, with stuff there for anyone and everyone. Customers find big time expensive items for a few dollars, noting items are in great condition. The store is always changing with new things every day. It is described as cleaner and more organized than ever. The customer service is spectacular, though one older clerk can make it hard to check out. Pricing is mostly kind, occasionally puzzling. It is viewed as much better than another location.
The store is moderately small, but I mean considering that matoon is a small town, I guess it adds up the cashier and the people that are working there seem to be very helpful and nice as well which definitely helps keep the business up moving
