“LOVE this facility. The facility is clean and everyone is so kind. I had a not-so-great experience at the YMCA and I'm glad that I accidentally signed up for the Center for Healthy Living instead. The front desk is always kind and happy to help with any questions or uncertainties and everyone working out was also polite and friendly. No gymtimidation here whatsoever!!”
“The Mattoon Y is so much more than a gym. We've lived in much bigger cities with YMCAs that were so much less than what Mattoon offers. This facility has a gym and indoor pool, but also has friendly staff that care about the people in their community. The Y hosts community wide events and has opportunities for year round activities for kids and adults. Also, even before Covid, the facility is sparkling clean all day, every day.”
“Very clean facility. Hours are a bit short compared to other locations across the country since they don’t open until 5:00am. Makes it hard for workers and commuters.”
