My wife and I bought flooring from Jake’s when we first got our house in July 2022. The floors were completely gutted and they laid down the floors in our entire house. We started having issues a year later in the living room. To this day, three people have been out. The third person came July 2024 and relaid the flooring in the living room after going back and forth with Jake’s about them not having our flooring available. My wife called about two weeks ago and whoever she spoke to on the phone said the guy that dealt with her wasn’t in and he would have him give her a call in the next few days. She has yet to hear from them. He also mentioned how the “warranty” may be up. So basically we had had issues from the get go and they’re just waiting for the warranty to expire regardless of the experience with the floor we have had. We spent over 8,000 dollars for their services to not even last over a couple years. It’s terrible service and we will never recommend this place to anyone. I will post a picture of the floor that she has recently called about.

I recently used Jake’s for carpet installation in a new home. Cory and Matt were great to work with and helped me find the right product for me, at a price no other competitor could beat! Their installers worked late to get a big job done in one day and did a fantastic job from start to finish. I will be using Jake’s for more upcoming projects and would recommend you do as well.

Witnessed one of the business’s commercial vehicles race through my neighborhood today, doing at least 50 in a 35 MPH residential zone, tailgating cars, veering out into opposite lane. At what price do the so-called discounts come at? The safety and character of a neighborhood? Employees seem not to care about the reputation of the business, or the owner does not care how employees present their business. Think about how the flooring company you hire will treat your neighborhood before choosing who to hire for flooring. Jake’s, in my experience, couldn’t care less.

We use this place for all of our flooring! Their workers have stepped in & helped local people/churches with projects time & time again when they are in a bind. They have amazing prices & are always happy to help! They have a huge sale going on now too due to a liquidation for moving locations!
