Their top notch team makes your buying experience effortless from start to finish.I cannot speak highly enough for our sales agent, Scott. He is a very hard working, kind and honest which you don’t find a lot of in the used car industry. If you are in the market for a vehicle, give him a look at the very least!

They do not show the Original Window Sticker on their cars offered for sale online. This is a red flag as almost 955 of online auto dealers show the Original Window Sticker and offer a free CarFax report to show transparency and accuracy of the features listed of the vehicle. When I called to ask them to email me the Original Window Stickers, it was never sent. And when I called again, I was put on hold over 10 minutes; and I just hung up. KC Summers is not that motivated to sell their cars; otherwise, they would step up and follow through on these basic requests. Buyers will look online and buy elsewhere.

I couldn't have had a more pleasant experience than Braxton gave me. He was very patient and consideration and explained everything very well. I am thrilled with my 2018 Hyundai! I felt very special and will recommend him to all my family and friends in the area.

HORRIBLE experiences. First experience: We had damage to our new Hyundai due to the wiring harness being made out of soybeans. When we took it in for repair they ordered the wrong part, kept my car for 3 -4 weeks, did not have a loaner so we had to pay for a rental. We gave them a second chance by taking same vehicle in for regular maintenance. Our appointment was at 8:15. I went to check on it at 9:00 and they had not even touched our car. When I asked about it the answer was they were double booked and it would be awhile before they could even get started on it. Needless to say my husband and I left. We will NOT go back there at all. Really wish I could give it a zero star.

I haven’t personally bought a vehicle from this lot (yet) but my boyfriend recently bought a mustang from them and GUYS. their customer service? first of all these are the nicest people you will ever encounter when it comes to service. the way the handle things so promptly and professionally, it’s like they have a solution for every single problem down to the detail. When a problem arose with the car, the didn’t hesitate to send someone 300 MILES to where we were to drop off a rental and pick his up. they fixed it FREE OF CHARGE, and brought it back to us. As if all of that wasn’t enough to fully sell us on buying from them for the rest of our lives and harping everyone we know to as well, they sent my boyfriend a birthday card and we just received our christmas card from them today. this dealership treats you like you are a close extension of their own family and you NEVER find that anymore. he’s not here to make a quick buck and send you on the road. he wants to make sure that the car is right for you, it meets ALL of your needs, it’s running the way you both expect it to, and you know that you are going to be taken care of should a problem come up. the expectations this lot holds themselves to should be a standard across the map. i’m so glad we found a place like this to come back to time and time again and feel so welcome (: thank you guys so much for being so kind and caring

After hitting a deer, KC Summers did the final repairs to my car. They helped me get the documentation I needed for insurance reimbursement and everyone was kind and helpful!
