Best car wash around. In a good, safe, well lit area.. They even offer free vacuums to use. Also, their Vacuums are very powerful and get the job done quickly. Everything is in tip top, working order here; vacuums, change machine, vending machine, manual car wash bays and auto wash bay etc. This place has Everything u want and look for at a car wash. A++

July 13, 2021 I pulled into a self serve bay, swiped my debit card and started washing my vehicle. The hose had a leak and immediately began to spray all over me. I tried stopping the transaction to move to another bay. I couldn’t cancel the transaction as the leaky hose kept spraying everywhere and continued to charge my card. After 3 minutes it finally stopped and I was charged for the time the hose leaked and wasn’t useable. No attendant was on duty so I called the number on the door to advise the management of the leak and to tell them I wanted a credit for the money I had lost in the process. Someone answered, I explained what had happened and was told I would receive $2 back when they were in Mattoon next and that they would call me. I never received a call back. They lost my business over $2.00. Since then I haven’t been back and I won’t do business with Jack Flash or Jack Splash again. Mighty Max car wash gets my business now 2-3x a week.

Good spot for a wash. Free vac. And never not to packed. Been going here for about two years now and it is really not that bad here except for that occasional non-working vac, but come on they are free .
