Went to my appointment and was denied for services due to being in a wheelchair. They say it's handicapped accessible, but of course, they recommend me to another I. Doctor and Effingham. L c

(First time patient) - Dr.Bowman is great, actually the entire staff is fantastic, from the friendly faces at the reception desk to the friendly staff assisting me in selecting new frames. I see myself ( pun intended) ? being an established patient for sure

Helpful, fast, and efficient. Lady that checked me in made sure I understood what my insurance covered and what wasn't covered. Dr was very nice and took his time with my exam.

It was pleasant from beginning to end. My appointment began on time. I was given a full range of tests on my eyes, and everything was explained. Picking out my glasses was painless and the young lady helping me was very nice. All charges were explained. All in all it went much better than I thought it would!

Dr. Bowman is awesome! First time seeing him today. (Dr. Goldstein retired) He made sure I understood everything he was saying regarding my eyesight and pictures of my eyes. He was extremely personable, fun, and easy to talk to.
The man who did my eye tests and pictures was super nice and genuine. Also, one of women working helped me pick out the pair of glasses that suited me best. Overall great office and team!
