The Mattoon Community Food Center is a food pantry with wonderful, gracious, and great people. The staff and volunteers are kind, helpful, courteous, and sincere. They do good work and are true humanitarians. They provide good items and help families without judgment, always smiling to make people feel okay. They are champions, and people are very thankful and grateful for their work and the opportunity to serve the community.

The staff are beyond gracious. I am a regular here and I've never experienced anything other than a sincere desire by these people to be kind, helpful, and courteous. EACH ONE IS A TRUE CHAMPION OF THE WORD HUMANITARIAN!!!

Very helpful people. The place is clean. No bathroom. Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 1:30-3:30 pm.
